Revert 2 translations
...
This commit reverts 2 translations that should never of happened:
1. event id: 911, title parameter if translated breaks related ero event (Release condition error? in Back Alley: Human Figure heart event). Translation reverted to original.
2. event id: 1345, title parameter if translated breaks related ero event (Release condition error? in Back Alley: Human Figure heart event). Translation reverted to original.
Tested working: the event works no longer results in the text "Release condition error?" popping up instead of the event occuring.
