Refactor activity action and prose handling to improve clarity and expand functionality. Removed unused templates from ActivityActionComposer, introduced new clauses for observed targets and carrying actions in ActivityClauseAssembler, and updated ActivitySpeciesVoice to include additional authored verbs. Enhanced ActivityVerbMap to support new action mappings and incremented version in mod.json to reflect these changes.
